This is your safari adventure. You decide how you want to spend your time on this vacation. Safari Infinity specializes exclusively on the private safari experience. Only you, your family members or friends will be in the vehicle for the complete duration of the trip along with your safari guide. Additionally, we do not restrict your mileage, fuel or the duration of your game drives. If you would like to spend a full day on safari, you are definitely welcome to do so. While some days you may decide set out by sunrise, other days you can have a slower paced breakfast before start your daily exploration. Simply sit down with your guide to plan your day and meals the night before. Your guide will have plenty of suggestions, but ultimately, the decision is yours. At Safari Infinity, we understand that each of our private groups will have different preferences in terms of the number hours of game drive, or even the style of guiding. Our safari guides are quick to identify and understand your needs, and will bend over backwards to provide to exceed your expectations.
At the end of the day, your safari guide will be the single most important factor in determining the success of your safari. As a result, at Safari Infinity, we only hire the best and once within our team, we treat them like family. We have no doubt that they are the most hard-working, passionate and knowledgeable guides in the industry. Not only are they informative about the flora and fauna of Tanzania, but they keep you constantly engaged and on your feet for an exhilarating safari experience. Our guides are all local Tanzanians, fluent in English and have extensive experience in the field. Your safari driver-guide will be the same person for the entire duration of your trip and he will be responsible for helping you plan your everyday schedule, sharing his advice and suggestions on optimizing your time on safari. On top of having the responsibility to find wildlife, he must understand intimately the wildlife’s habitat and cognitive behaviors. He will be able to read and predict animals’ behavior and movement, optimizing your safari with spectacular encounters and thrilling hunts. Additionally, our safari guides are not afraid of venturing off the beaten path for fear of getting lost – they know the parks like the back of their hands and will take you far away from the main roads and the crowds.
Our fleet of vehicles consists of modified 4×4 Toyota Land Cruisers. All of our vehicles have functioning A/C, padded seat cushions, extra back and neck pillows and a footstool for elderly travelers for entering and exiting the vehicles. To maximize game viewing and photography experience, all of our vehicles are equipped with pop-up roofs, high-powered binoculars along with beanbags for cameras. Additionally, our vehicles are equipped with a fully-stocked refrigerator, providing unlimited drinks such as drinking bottled water, soft drinks, juice, domestic beer, French-press coffee and tea during your safari.
Each one of our vehicles are well-equipped with seat belts, radio call, two car jacks, two quality spare tires, and well-stocked first-aid emergency kits. In case of a vehicle breakdown, which is unlikely, but can take place due to unpredictable weather and rough road conditions in parts of the national parks, we have stand-by vehicles that will be dispatched right away in order to ensure our guests resume their adventure with as little downtime as possible. That being said, the maintenance of our vehicles are of utmost importance. All our vehicles are regularly checked and maintained by our mechanic team, and also re-checked by our staff and safari guides before and after each safari.
Unlike most travel companies, we are a local Tanzanian based operator. We are not a travel agency that outsources your safari to a local operator. Instead, Safari Infinity manages directly all the necessary logistics and groundwork of your safari adventure.
