Going on a Safari doesn’t always mean that you have to remain inside the car for “full day game drive”… This past May & June, we had Ilyia & Tatiana who traveled with us for 12 days, including several days of trekking from the Empakai Crater to Lake Natron. It was an exciting itinerary – and is becoming increasingly popular, as more people have discovered the fun & the thrill of “walking safari”!

Day 9: Naiyobi to Lake Natron (Halisi Natron Camp)
Day 10: Lake Natron (Halisi Natron Camp)
Day 11: Lake Natron to Tarangire (Maramboi Tented Camp)
Day 12: Tarangire to Arusha to JRO Airport
